  1. As lots already know, smoking is really bad for you. It causes lung cancer and you can die from it. I did not know nicotine reaches the brain in only 8 seconds. It actually surprises me because there are so many teenagers that start young and become addicted and end up with bad lungs when their older. Theres no reason to smoke its pointless, you're just killing yourself.

  2. These facts are great some i knew and A LOT i didn't i think a person who smokes or even a person who may be around second hand smoke should read this. Everyone knows smoking is bad,but no one actually looks at the facts and stop. I feel there are more teenagers who smoke than adults granted most pick up the habit from a parent or guardian.

  3. I love fun facts! So I really enjoyed reading this and learning things I didn't already know. I was shocked that the time for nicotine to reach your brain is only 8 seconds. I also had no idea that cigarette companies mainly market to teens. I don't like that but it makes sense. Thank you for this!

  4. It always amazes me how smoking can harm so many people. Not just the people who smoke, but the people around them as well. The one fact that stood out to me the most is how second hand smoke can take an infant's life. Yet smoking is very addictive, but I can't imagine why someone would want to start smoking if it causes so much damage?

  6. Great way of presenting the information about smoking. I worked at CVS and they were the first major business to cut cigarettes from their stores. It made a huge impression on a lot of people in my little town of 5,000. I heard many times I am glad they took them off the shelves. Standing just from a financial standpoint I don't see how people can afford a pack or case of cigarettes. Great post!
